Old, reliable..olive oil! There are so many good things to use Olive Oil for, and Ecosalon gives you plenty information. I know one of my favorite salad dressing has all three of the healthiest foods to consume: Olive oil (sometimes I also use Sesame seed oil…we’ll talk about that later), apple cider vinegar and minced garlic. I take about 1 TBSP of olive oil, 1 TBSP of ACV and mince me up about 4 bulbs of garlic….Omg, let me tell you, you’ll never want another! You can also chop some fresh or dried herbs in there to take it another level:-) What’s your favorite homemade salad dressing?
