Plant-Based Proteins

Another one for the non-believers (those who believe meat as being the main source of protein with the highest content), for those who are transitioning, or for those who want to incorporate more clean protein . Here are the top seven sources of protein that are veggie based!  Im so excited about this one!  I know this past weekend I posted other sources of plant based protein…but this one not only includes the top seven, but also how many grams you receive per serving.  I was so surprised to see this particular one has as much as 60% protein, the highest of any natural food….HELLO!   So far, I have 4/7 in my cabinet as we speak and just ordered one, 15min ago, to add to my green smoothes:)
