Really…Onions = Hair Growth?

Never expected onions to contribute to hair growth! Believe me, I will test this out and I will keep you updated on the results…If you happen to do the same, please come back, comment below and let me know your results (besides the horrible smell and tearful eyes I think we’ll both experience somewhere during the process) 🙂

Onion juice for hair growth

Drain the juice from an onion and mix it with water, which should be 1/3 juice and 2/3 water. Moisten the hair, especially the crown and leave it on 25-30 minutes. You can wrap your hair with a towel so that the onions are absorbed into the hair follicles.

Onions and coconut oil

When mixed with oil, onion juice accelerates the hair growth and nourishes the hair. Mix onion juice with oil and massage your hair. Wrap a towel and leave it on for 30 minutes.

Onions and Beer

You can mix pieces of onion or onion juice with beer to speed up hair growth. Apply the mask twice a week.

Onions and Honey

This is the most effective home remedy to speed up hair growth. Mash the onion and put a few drops of honey. Apply it on the hair and allow it to stay for a while. Wash the hair.

Onion and rum

Place onions in a glass of rum to leave it overnight. The next morning massage your hair with this mixture. This is a simple way you can use onions for hair growth.

Onion and Lemon

You can use a combination of onions and lemon for hair growth and treat dandruff. Lemon juice reduces hair loss.

Onions and yogurt

In the onions juice add a spoonful of yogurt. Mix well and massage your hair and scalp with this mixture. Leave it for 45 minutes, and then wash your head with shampoo.
